My sister who is 16 was diagnosed with lupus two years ago. I watched her go back and forth to the emergency room more than anyone should go in a lifetime. I do not know who you are or even how I found your site but I do know that your information has helped me! I have had migraines for years and never could quite figure out the triggers. They were becoming more and more frequent and interrupting my life. I was looking up iron deficiency because I have always been anemic and I believe that is when I found your article. I thought I would give it a try and now I have only had a couple migraines during the last couple of months and they were very mild in comparison. You described my headaches exactly....behind the right eye. I still live in fear that I will wake up with a migraine but I just went through a very busy week. My nephew died and I had all the beds in my home filled for several days. His mother is still here.....Everyday was emotional and busy....no migraine.
