Does Shamanic Healing Really Work?
Healing takes many forms from a simple healing touch to Western Medicine and everything in between. Quantum physics is a relatively new theory described in part by Andrew Zimmerman Jones in his article "Quantum Physics Overview" in which he states: "Matter can go from one spot to another without moving through the intervening space (called quantum tunnelling). Information moves instantly across vast distances." One question that comes from this information is: Does an object change just by observing it? Some people think so.
Shamans all across the world have a common ground in that they have the ability to move in four worlds: Upper world, lower world, middle world and under world. It was thought that a journey only took place in one world at a time. A recent experience taught me otherwise.
A friend and I were talking. She was exasperated with the constant 'spinning' she always seemed to be doing. The woman happened to be extremely psychic, was considered the top psychic in the on-line psychic industry and could read a person with just a mere mention of a first name. Not being all that I was at least a little honored that she asked me to look into her "spinning" which had been her experience from the time she could walk.
A shamanic journey consists of entering into an alternate state using sound such as a drum at a consistent, fast beat or a rattle while preferably at rest in a darkened room, all the better to travel to one of the aforementioned worlds.
In this particular instance I 'saw' and 'felt' myself split and move into three of the four worlds....something I had never experienced before. Not having time to mull this over since the journey had only just begun, I put my questions on hold as I raced into the business of 'quantuming' to my destination.
Arriving in the other worlds happens in an instant. From experience I am aware that I am the size of a cell and am also aware that even one cell has an intelligence. Immediately I walked into the arena which bore my intent. My friend was in front of me and she was indeed, spinning and about a foot off the ground. I always knew she wasn't 'grounded' but seeing her not being grounded was still shocking.
At first my mind kicked into gear with suggestions on how to work with this condition. I thought of herbal remedies and crystal healings and none of those seemed adequate for what was happening here. It didn't take me long. I shut off my left brain and just said, "ok, what do I do with this? Show me!"
In an instant, I am reaching into my friends' body which appeared to be vaporous or ghost-like, into her core energy. The core energy looked like a shaft of golden light that came up through the ground, entering into her body and running through the center of her straight out through the top of her head and it kept on going. I saw that her core energy was broken in two places. I watched, as though I were standing outside of myself, as I placed one hand on the core above the break and one hand below the break. It felt as though I was holding onto a 220v electrical line as I brought the broken pieces together. They attached to each other with a magnetic pull, just like connecting two ends of a magnetic piece of jewelry. The result of reconnecting the two broken core energy pieces was instantaneous. My friend immediately and simultaneously stopped spinning and became grounded and still. Then, she looked at me and said, "thank you".
At 6:00 a.m. my phone was ringing. My friend was yelling into the phone, "what did you do!?" I gave her some time to calm down and then explained what had happened. She said she felt the change immediately and couldn't wait to call me to find out what had transpired on my journey. Later, and without my having remembered to mention it to her, she would comment about my splitting into three parts and moving into three worlds just as the journey began. I asked, "you felt that?" She said she saw it somehow. I have no explanation for moving in quantum in three's.
Since that time, my friends' core remains solid and intact. She is grounded and focused as never before. She is exuberantly grateful.
