I Got Rid of Lupus Without Drugs!

I had Lupus and I don't anymore! I got rid of Lupus naturally, without drugs and you can too!

Since I was a child I've known what to do for sickness and pain. You don't have to live with illness and you can have a pain-free life. We've been given all the gifts the earth has to offer to help us with our illnesses and our pain. What I did to get rid of Lupus, you can do to get rid of whatever illness or disease you may have at the moment.

The first thing I did was to find a teacher. The woman came to me in my 35th year and her name was Sandy. She was the picture of health even though she had had cervical cancer. She got rid of it with water therapy and herbs. It took her two months. She told me how she did it and from then on I was hooked on natural remedies.

I had been sick all of my life and took over the counter drugs which left me feeling worse from side-effects. Sure, they worked to cover the symptoms of whatever it was I was going through, but the side-effects were awful! I was drawn to herbs in my 22nd year and began to learn about them through books and classes - what classes there were back then! What I have learned from all of those bouts of flu and colds was that it is possible to bring about a balance to the body quickly and without drugs.

When I first got started with natural remedies I remember sitting on my couch in the living room and feeling like I wanted to die from the flu I had. After learning about herbs it occurred to me that I didn't have to feel this way. I went to my kitchen cabinet and took out some herbs I use in cooking and took them. Within a half hour, all I felt was that I had been very sick. This was incredible but I knew I was on to something.

The medical professionals don't have a cure for the common cold. I have gotten rid of the common cold in three hours time. I have done that many times. I've often wondered why I have been so sick most of my life. It must be that I am to teach others how to get better naturally. The reasons for illness are simple and not complex as some would have you believe.

The reason we get sick is because we are toxic. There are many reasons we become toxic. We eat the wrong foods. We eat the wrong foods for our blood type. Different foods react differently on people with different blood types. We inherit poor health from our parents who may have been in a state of ill-health when we were conceived. Our emotional health affects our physical health. We work in a toxic environment. The list goes on. Try Enviro-Detox!

I have gotten out of many health problems by knowing what to do with herbs and vitamins. Over the years I've found many illnesses, aches, and pains can be helped just by taking fiber. We are a fiber-deficient society. We love our sugar, cakes, and donuts! Because of this we have a National Epidemic of Diabetes which will be covered in another article!

Fiber comes in two forms. Psyllium, which is considered a sponge and soaks up fats and excess sugar and gets them out of the body. The other fiber comes from plant stems and is considered the broom which sweeps the colon clean of debris. Both are needed to maintain a healthy colon.

When you add a sweetener to make the fiber taste better, consider that Stevia is the only natural sweetener on the market to date and that not only is it the best sweetener for you, but it is also a natural anti-parasitic herb. That means that it is sweet and it gets rid of parasites. LoClo, which stands for Low Cholesterol is an excellent powder with all three of these ingredients. Now, if you don't like powdered fiber, try the encapsulated form called Fat Grabbers which does just what it says it does and is an excellent fiber source.

The center of the body is the stomach. If the stomach is out of balance, all the other body systems follow the imbalance. Getting the stomach working properly is easy. Don't drink anything with meals and chew, chew, chew your food! Drinking anything with meals interrupts the natural enzyme action of saliva. The pancreas does not have teeth! Chewing your food creates saliva which has all the enzymes needed to break down carbohydrates. Other enzymes needed to break down proteins are in the stomach.

On to How I Got Rid of Lupus

I don't go to doctors. I know I had Lupus because I couldn't move, my joints were stiff, I had a rash that got worse when I went into the sun. I was the only person on the beach covered in gauze from head to toe. My sister was "doctor" diagnosed with Lupus years after I had it. She doesn't have it anymore either because I told her she didn't need to suffer like that and gave her instructions to get rid of it. She did what I told her to do and she is now pain-free. Her doctor told her she no longer has Lupus and scratched his head when he said it. Another woman had it also and followed my instructions and now she no longer has it either.

We'll start with the most basic elements for health in nature - minerals. To be specific, Trace Minerals. Trace minerals used to be in our foods but because the soils are depleted, they are no longer in our foods. We have become a nation of pill-takers because government and pharmaceutical companies are messing with our food supply.

We used to have whole and healthy foods but not any more. Since we humans cannot digest rocks, which are minerals, the plant kingdom came along and said, "Humans have to have minerals for healthy bodies, but they can't digest rocks so we have to help them." - or something like that. So we eat plants, which grow in soil and suck up minerals into their plant bodies, to get minerals. Trace minerals are needed to activate enzymes. Enzymes are needed to help us break down the foods (proteins, carbohydrates, fats) that we eat. Without trace minerals, our bodies don't produce enzymes. So, first, we need trace minerals.

Second: Once we start to get minerals into us and activate enzymes, we need to be sure we are cleaning out what we have attracted to us by eating all the wrong foods. When the pollution of our rivers in the 1960s and 1970s happened, it was found that phosphates were the culprit. That was when the manufacturers of laundry soaps took phosphates out of the laundry detergent. Some of you may remember that.

Well, our blood is the river of our bodies. Phosphates pollute. Phosphate is in soft drinks, along with sugar. Pollution attracts parasitic activity which feeds on the pollution. It is nature's way of cleaning things up, but who wants parasites? Not me, and I would assume not you either. The solution is to do the Para-Cleanse. The Para-Cleanse is easy, just take two packets each day for ten days, then wait ten days and do another two packets each day for ten days. Clean Start will move the clean up process along and it is easy to take. Make sure you alternate the Clean Start with the Para-Cleanse for best results.

The third thing you want to do is remove all sugar, white flour products, and soft drinks from your diet. Eating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains is preferred along with protein from various sources. Protein does not have to be meat protein. Protein comes in many forms and does not have to be eaten daily. Many vegetables have protein.

When there is pain in the body, be aware of where it occurs in your body. Is there pain only on the right side or the left? Is it in upper body or lower? Is there head pain? Do your feet hurt constantly? Pain is usually felt in the feet first. That is because all of the reflex areas in the body are in the feet. Ever heard of Reflexology? It deals with massaging the reflex areas in the feet to help the body to heal.

Pain on the right side of the body indicates that the body is deficient in Potassium. Potassium is an electrolyte that is responsible for the heart. Without Potassium, the heart won't pump. The heart has been described as a potassium pump surrounded by a sea of sodium. Sodium rules the left side of the body and if the body hurts only on the left side it is because of a Sodium deficiency. I'm not talking about table salt sodium, I'm talking about natural sodium from vegetables.

If your body hurts and it is because of a deficiency in potassium and sodium, taking Trace Minerals is the safest way to get these two electrolytes into your body. Begin by taking two tablets each day for three days until your body gets used to them. Then increase daily by two tablets until you are getting at least twelve to fifteen tablets daily. Stay there until you begin to feel your joints and muscles feeling better. If there is a lot of pain and inflammation, take Black Currant Oil or Super GLA. These will reduce inflammation. Make sure you are taking the LoClo fiber at least twice daily, once in the morning and once at night.

In Summary

Detox the body only when you feel stronger. It takes strength to detox so only do it when you feel strong enough to do it. Try not to work when detoxing because you will feel very tired while the body goes through its cleansing process. Drink lots of water.

To detox your body use Clean Start and Para-Cleanse. Follow the instructions on the boxes and alternate until you feel clean on the inside.

When detoxing or making changes to diet to get healthy, a difference is generally noted within three months time after dietary changes and supplements take effect so don't think this is an overnight fix - it isn't. Remember, it took you a long time to get into the fix you're in, and it will take some time to come out of it. Be patient!

Following the above program, take LoClo or Fat Grabbers at least twice daily, in addition to Trace Minerals starting with two each day and work up to at least twelve to fifteen tablets daily. Stay on that amount until you begin to feel better, then decrease to what it says on the bottle.

Black Currant Oil and Super GLA are both good for inflammation. You do not need to take both, just take one. Super Omega 3 is good also and so is Flax Seed Oil. With Nature's Sunshine Flax Seed Oil you also get the Omega 3, so take the Flax Seed Oil and get both for the price of one.
